摘要
目的:探讨参附注射液预处理对大鼠肾缺血再灌注后肺组织损伤的影响。方法:通过建立大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,在造模成功以后给予"参附注射液"腹腔注射进行各组大鼠血清MDA、SOD、肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、肺组织的湿干质量比(W/D)含量变化的检测。结果:模型组大鼠血清和肺匀浆中MDA、MPO、W/D含量明显高于正常组,SOD水平明显低于正常组;在给药治疗以后,参附注射液各组与模型组相比,血清及肺匀浆中MDA、MPO、W/D含量显著降低,SOD水平均明显增高。结论:参附注射液提高血清和肺组织的抗氧化能力显著,能够明显抵御肺细胞的过氧化和氧应激,避免损伤肺细胞,以达到保护肺组织的目的。
Objective: Study the effect of shenfu injection pretreatment to the rats'lung tissue after theirs'kidney ischemia-repefusion injuried. Methods:Through the establishment of rat renal ischemia eperfusion injury model, when we succeed, we give every rat shenfu iniection by intraperitoneal injection, then detect the change of MDA, SOD, MPO, W/ D. Results: Model rats Serum and lung homogenate of MDA, MPO, W/D was obviously higher than normal group, SOD level was significantly lower than the normal group; after the drug therapy, compared with the model group, shergu injection group express that Serum and lung homogenate of MDA, MPO, W/D content significantly reduced, SOD level were significantly increased. Conclusion: Shenfu injection increase serum and lung tissue of antioxidant capacity significantly, it can obviously against lung cells peroxide and oxygen stress, to avoid damage to the lung cells, so to achieve the purpose of protection of lung tissue.
