腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石临床对比研究

Comparative Clinical Study of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Versus Open Cholecystectomy for Gallstones

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)与开腹胆囊切除术(open cholecystectomy,OC)治疗胆囊结石的疗效。方法:对106例胆囊结石患者分为采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术的LC组59例、采用开腹胆囊切除术的OC组47例两组,对比两组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术口长度等治疗情况和术后感染率、疼痛率、术后出血率、胆漏率等术后疗效。结果:全部患者均治愈,经过对比两组手术情况和术后疗效,LC组疗效均优于OC组,P均<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:在胆囊结石治疗手术中腹腔镜胆囊切除术优于开腹胆囊切除术,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy treatment efficacy of gallstone. Methods： 106 cases of gallstone patients were divided into two groups. One group of 59 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and another group of 47 patients with open cholecystectomy. Comparing the two groups of operative time, hospitalization time, blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, the length of the oral surgery treatment and postoperative infection, pain rate, postoperative bleeding, bile leakage rate of postoperative efficacy. Results： All patients were cured. Two groups were compared surgery and postoperative outcomes. LC group were superior OC group, P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is excellent than open cholecystectomy in the gallstone treatment of surgery, worthy of promotion.
