摘要
回顾了从基本粒子理论研究转向理论生物物理学的历程,以及在理论生物学和生物信息学方向上部分研究课题所获得的主要成果,特别强调了量子折叠理论信息生物学原理和细胞熵产生的研究,提出了进一步工作的展望和建议.
My first career in Inner Mongolia University was as a researcher in particle physics. Then my interest was turned to the theoretical biophysics. The main problems are summarized on theoretical biology and bioinformatics which were studied by my group in the past 25 years. Among others the quantum folding theory, the principle of genome evolution and the cell' s entropy production are emphasized and suggested as three fields to be investigated deeply and carefully in the future.
