摘要
以二氯甲烷为溶剂对雨生红球藻粉进行浸提皂化后,利用柱层析进行分离、纯化得到了促长啉二聚合物,运用IR、MS、HMBC、HSQC等测试手段对其进行了表征.利用超临界流体快速膨胀法对其进行了超细化研究,分析了喷嘴直径、压力和温度等操作参数对超细后其粒径的影响,利用SEM、XRD对制备的超细微粒的粒径及晶形进行了分析.
The activity component of Haematococcus pluvialis was isolated by saponification after the di-chloromethane extraction. A new compound was obtained by column chromatography purification. The chemi- cal structure of the new compound obtained was analyzed,which was confirmed as ethoxyquin dimer by IR, MS, HMBC and HSQC. Micronization of the compound was carried out by RESS process. Size and shape of microparticles were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), and the effects of different operational conditions ( nozzle diameter, pressure, temperature) on the average sizes of microparticles were studied.
