摘要
文章重点剖析了目前我国一字型硬质合金钎头产品质量差的主要原因是采用普通碳素钢或只含铬的合金钢做钎头壳体,致使其硬度低、韧性差、对合金片夹持力弱、不耐磨、钎头寿命短。针对存在问题,提出采用符合国情、空冷性能好、强度高、对合金片夹持力强、耐磨蚀的40MnMoV优质合金钢做钎头壳体,可提高其使用寿命,降低穿孔成本,给用户带来显著的经济和社会效益。
Through analysis, it was found that the main reason for the inferior quality of current Chinese chisel insert bits is the straight carbon steel or chromium steel used to make bit body with low hardness, poor fenacity, weak insert-clampe'd force, poor wear resistance and short service life. For the elimination of existing problems, it is recommended to use fine 40MnMoV alloy steel with good air-cooled performance, high strength, strong insert-clamped force and wear-resistance as bit body so as to improve its service life, reduce drilling cost and bring about remarkable economical and social benefits.
