甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与细辛脑联用治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with asarone for treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis

目的:探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与细辛脑联用治疗小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法:56例小儿毛细支气管炎患者随机分为两组:A组给予单独甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗;B组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合细辛脑治疗措施。观察两组患儿病情变化及住院时间。结果:与A组患者相比B组患者疗效更明显,总有效率分别为A组75.0%及B组92.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组住院时间比较,B组患者住院时间明显低于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿毛细支气管炎患者行甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合细辛脑,可以有效改善患者的症状,减少患者的住院时间,提高患者的预后效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with asarone for treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis. Methods： Fifty - six children with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups ： the children in group A were treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate, while the children in group B were treated with methylprednisolone sodi- um sueeinate combined with asarone. The changes of severity of the disease and hospitalization times in the two groups were observed. Re- stilts ： Compared with group A, the curative effect in group B was more obvious, the total effective rates in group A and group B were 75.0% and 92. 9% , respectively, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The hospitalization time in group B was statistically significantly shorter than that in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Methylprednisolone sodium succinate com- bined with asarone can effectively improve the symptoms, reduce hospitalization time, and improve prognosis of children with capillary bron- chitis, which is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
