摘要
目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中前列腺癌抗原-1(PCA-1)的表达及其与肿瘤细胞增殖的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测153例PCa组织和135例前列腺增生组织中PCA-1和Ki-67蛋白的表达。分析PCa组织中PCA-1与Ki-67蛋白表达的关联性。结果:2种组织中PCA-1和Ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=200.242和92.491,P<0.001)。PCA-1和Ki-67蛋白的表达与PCa的组织分化及TNM分期有关(χ2=10.537、5.719、14.208和8.960,P<0.05)。PCa组织中PCA-1与Ki-67蛋白的表达呈正关联(rP=0.340,P<0.001)。结论:PCA-1可能是通过增加肿瘤细胞的增殖活性促进PCa恶性进展。
Aim: To explore the expression of PCA-1 in PCa and its relationship with tumor proliferation. Methods: The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 in 153 cases of PCa and 135 cases of BPH were detected by immunohistochemical as- say. The relevance between the expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 in PCa was analyzed. Results: The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 in PCa were higher than those in BPH( χ 2 = 200. 242 and 92. 491,P 0. 001) . The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki- 67 were related with Gleason scores and the pathological staging( χ 2 = 10. 537,5. 719,14. 208 and 8. 960,P 0. 05) . The expressions of PCA-1 and Ki-67 were positively related in PCa( r P = 0. 340,P 0. 001) . Conclusion: PCA-1 may promote the malignant progress of PCa by increasing the tumor cell proliferation activity.
