2008-2011年河南省蝇类密度监测及季节消长情况分析

Monitor and seasonal fluctuation of flies density in Henan Province in 2008-2011

目的掌握河南省蝇类的种群分布、生态习性及季节消长等变化规律,更好地控制蝇类的孳生与繁殖,为蝇类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用捕蝇笼糖醋诱饵诱捕法。结果 2008-2011年河南省共捕蝇128 623只,其中大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇和家蝇为优势种,分别占40.28%、24.59%和12.74%。捕获蝇类的总平均密度为54.04只/笼,其中2008-2011各年的平均密度分别为55.57、129.48、22.77、19.44只/笼。蝇类总体的季节消长情况为单峰型曲线,最高峰出现在8月份。结论河南省蝇类主要以大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇和家蝇为主;自2010年后,蝇密度出现明显的下降;河南省蝇类4-10月均有出现,密度最高峰出现在每年的8月份,这种单峰性的分布应与本地的气候有关。本研究整理了近年来河南省的蝇类监测结果,为今后的蝇类防治工作提供了科学依据。

Objective To grasp the population distribution,ecological behaviour and seasonal fluctuation of flies, and provide scientific basis for controlling flies＇ breeding and reproduce in Henan Province. Methods Cage traps with sugar and vinegar baits were used to capture flies. Results In 2008 - 2011, totally 128 623 flies were cap- tured. The top 3 dominant species were Chrysomyia megacephala,Lucilia sericata and Musca domestica, the percentages were 40.28% ,24.59% and 12.74% respectively. In these 4 years,the average fly density was 54.04 flies per cage. The annual data from 2008 to 2011 were 55.57,129.48,22.77 and 19.44 flies per cage respectively. The o- verall seasonal prevalence in last four years was a single-peak curve,the highest peak appeared in August. Conclusion The dominant fly species in Henan Province are C. megacephala,L, sericata and M. domestica. From 2010,flies density presented the obvious drop. Flies appeared from April to October every year, the highest density appeared in August. This result may have relationship with local climate in Henan. This research analyses recent monitor results of flies in Henan, provides the scientific basis for future fly prevention and control.
