摘要 塔木察格盆地位于蒙古国东部,其北部与海拉尔盆地相连,是一个较大的内陆裂陷型盆地。2005年中石油成功收购后,经过五年海塔会战,对该盆地的地质特征有了较为深刻的认识。以塔木察格盆地后评价为支撑,在对塔木察格盆地19、21、22三个区块油藏地质特征深入分析及大量数据统计的基础上,建立了蒙古国勘探区块(断陷盆地)地质综合评价模型,包括5大类21项评价参数、好中差三类分级标准及三类区块相应介入策略,认为在税收、商务、法律等合理的情况下,Ⅰ类区块建议介入,Ⅱ类区块作为后备区块密切关注,Ⅲ类区块暂不考虑介入或作为谈判筹码。该模型适用于蒙古国及国外类似断陷盆地勘探区块地质评价,同时对海外油气勘探区块评价体系和方法的建立具有一定的借鉴意义。该模型在对蒙古国东戈壁盆地10、14、15三个区块的实例应用表明,14、15区块地质条件较好,属Ⅰ类区块,建议介入;10区块为Ⅱ类区块,可以作为后备区块密切关注。 Tamstag basin,locates in the east of Mongolia,is a big inland rifted basin connected with Hailaer basin in the north of it.After successful acquisition by CNPC in 2005,geological characteristics of the basin have been known clearly through five years′ Haita battle.Supporting by the post-evaluation of Tamstag basin,integrative geologic evaluation model for exploration blocks of rifted basin in Mongolia were built on the basis of further analysis and massive statistical results of geologic characteristics of the 19,21,22 blocks in Tamstag basin,which include 21 evaluation parameters in five groups,three-level classification and corresponding intervention strategies of them.Under the situation of reasonable revenue,business affairs and law,block type Ⅰ is recommended to intervene,block type Ⅱ should be paid close attention as backup block,and block type Ⅲ will not be considered for intervention or as negotiation counter.This model may be applied to the blocks in Mongolia and the similar rifted basins in foreign countries.It also has reference implication to form integrative evaluation system and related methods for the exploration blocks in foreign countries.The cases study on 10,14,15 blocks of east gobi basin in Mongolia are carried out with this model.The results are: the geology conditions of 14 and 15 blocks are better,belong to block type Ⅰ,and it is good to buy these blocks;10 block belongs to block type Ⅱ,and it is good to operate as backup block and keep close attention to.
