针刺并用丹红注射液治疗美尼尔氏病40例

Treatment of Meniere’s Disease by Combination of Danhong Injection (丹红注射液) and Acupuncture in 40 Cases:Clinical Observation

目的:观察针刺结合丹红注射液治疗美尼尔病的疗效。方法:将79例患者随机分成治疗组40例和对照组39例。治疗组采取针刺太冲、风池等穴并结合丹红注射液治疗,对照组采用静脉注射盐酸培地定,连续治疗7 d为1个疗程,观察2组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合丹红注射液治疗美尼尔氏病疗效明显优于静脉注射治疗。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and DanHonginjection in treating Menieres disease. Method：seventy nine patients were randomized into an acupuncture group of 40 casesand a medication group of 39 cases. The acupuncture group received acupuncture majorly atTaichong Fengchi and other points and combine intravenous in- jection of DanHonginjection, and themedication group was prescribed with conventional Western medieinetreatment, succes- sive 7 - day treatments as a course. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed, a conducted. Result： The total effective rate was 95 % in theacupuncture group, versus66.7 % in the medication group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）;the improvement of the blood flow of vertebral artery in the acupuncture group was obviously better than that in the medication group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Compared with acupuncture combine DanHonginjection and conventional Western medicinetreatment in treating Menieres disease, the first treatment method better therapeutic effect in treating Menieres.
