异叶合剂联合抗蛇毒血清局部封闭治疗烙铁头蛇致伤肢体肿胀临床观察

Yiye Mixture (异叶合剂) Combined with Antivenin Local Blocking in Treatment of Limbs Swelling after Snakebite

目的:观察异叶合剂联合抗蛇毒血清局部封闭治疗烙铁头蛇致伤肢体肿胀临床疗效。方法:将121例烙铁头蛇致伤中毒出现肢体肿胀症状患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,静脉滴注抗蝮蛇毒血清,抗感染、抗破伤风及激素治疗,患肢肿胀处外敷异叶合剂。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加抗蝮蛇毒血清与盐酸罗哌卡因注射液混合,在伤口周围局部封闭;2组治疗以5 d为1疗程。结果:治疗组治愈50例,显效7例,好转3例,无效2例,总有效率95.16%;对照组治愈27例,显效4例,好转21例,无效7例,总用效率88.13%。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应发生。结论:异叶合剂联合抗蛇毒血清局部封闭治疗烙铁头蛇致伤肢体肿胀具有良好的临床效果。

Objective：To observe Yiye Heji Combined with the antivenin treatment of partial closure Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus Cantor injured limb swelling clinical efficacy. Methods： 121 cases of Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus Cantor limb swelling symptomatic patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional therapy： intravenous infusion of anti - viper sera, anti - inflammatory, anti - tetanus and hormone therapy, limb swelling at the injury poisoning topical heterophylla agent. Results： The treatment group cured 50 cases,7 cases were markedly improved Example 3 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.16% ; control group, 27 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly improved in 21 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 88.13 %. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. There were no adverse reactions occur. Conclusion： Yiye Heji Combined with antivenin treatment of partial closure Trimeresurus mucrosquamatus Cantor iniured limbs swollen with a good clinical effect, should be widely applied.
