阿托伐他汀对高血压患者外周动脉疾病下肢功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对高血压患者外周动脉疾病下肢功能的短期影响。方法:将40例踝臂指数(ABI)<0.9的高血压患者分为对照组(20例)和阿托伐他汀组(20例),治疗6个月。观察治疗前、后6min步行距离和4m步行速度的变化。结果:2组治疗前后下降差值经性别、年龄、体质量指数、收缩压变化差值、ABI、总胆固醇变化差值、低密度脂蛋白变化差值、三酰甘油、吸烟、服药情况等指标调整,2组治疗后6 min步行距离无显著改变(P>0.05),而4m正常及快速步行速度有显著改变(P<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀短期治疗对高血压并外周动脉疾病患者,可显著延缓短距离步行速度的衰退,对下肢功能的改善有一定的作用。
