党性教育培训“延安模式”的成效与进一步提升的思考

Considerations on the Effectiveness of the Yan'an Model in Education and Training for Party Spirit and its Further Enhancement

通过对受训厅局级学员及其所在单位的调研表明,中国延安干部学院党性教育专题受到参训学员普遍认可,这是学院努力开创党性教育培训"延安模式"的积极成果。调研反馈还表明,学院党性教育培训还存在培训对象有待拓展、培训计划生成有待体现差异化、培训内容和方法有待进一步丰富完善等不足。学院进一步提升的思考是:构建目标体系,科学设计教学,深化教学资源,培育品牌课程,坚持人才强院,形成良好学风,拓展培训效果。

A survey of the department and bureau level trainees and their home institutions indicates that Party spirit education seminars at the China Executive Leadership Academy, Yan＇an are generally approved. This is an achievement for the Academy in striving to initiate a ＂Yan＇ an Model＂ in Party spirit education and training. The survey also indicates that there are imperfections in the Academy＇s Party spirit education and training such as the need to expand the pool of trainees, the need to diversify training program setting, and the need to further enrich training contents and methods. The Academy＇ s considerations for further enhancement are as follows ： to construct a system of objectives, to scientifically design curriculum, to expand educational resources, to cultivate brand courses, to persist in strengthening the Academy through talents, to foster sound study style, and to extend the training effects.
