摘要
目的探讨2种护理模式对髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法将60例人工髋关节置换患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组应用循证护理,对照组实施常规护理方案,比较2组患者小腿肿胀、疼痛及DVT发生情况。结果 2组小腿肿胀、疼痛及DVT发生情况比较,观察组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用循证护理不仅为临床提供依据,提高护理质量,还可以有效地预防深静脉血栓形成。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of prevention of deep vein thrombosis with two nursing models after hip replacement.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups（n=30）,observation group was used evident-based nursing and control group was used conventional nursing.Compare calf swelling,pain and DVT occurrence in two groups.Results there were significant difference in calf swelling,pain and DVT between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Evident-based nursing can not only provide the guideline for clinical work and improve the quality of nursing care,but also be effective way in preventing deep vein thrombosis.
