Summarizing the perioperative care of 38 cases using free anterolateral flap to repair the soft tissue defect of oral and maxillofacial.Including psychological care,oral care,flap care,diet care,and so on.37 cases receive flap survival and the results are satisfactory.Considering that excluding injury and surgery quality,effective perioperative care plays a key role in the surgery in which the free anterolateral flap is used to repair the soft tisue defect of oral and maxillofacial.
