摘要
目的探讨护士床边工作制在创建优质护理服务示范工程中的应用效果。方法改革临床护理模式,配置流动的护理工作车,实行护士管床"责任制大包干"的床边工作制,观察和对比实施床边工作制前后365d护士每天书写护理文件时间、患者每天呼叫次数、护士每天完成基础护理时间和护理服务满意度。结果实施前护士每天文件书写时间(85.77±13.776)min、呼叫次数(89.51±6.785)次、基础护理时间(21.51±3.401)h、护理服务满意度(92.92±4.801);实施后护士每天文件书写时间(40.22±7.665)min、呼叫次数(25.30±3.944)次、基础护理时间(69.06±6.582)h、护理服务满意度(99.13±0.530),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施床边护理工作制能有效地减少护理文件书写时间和患者的呼叫次数,保证基础护理完成的质量,提高优质护理服务示范病区的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of bedside working in the ward of quality care demonstration project.Methods Reform of the clinical care model,configurate flow car of nursing work,implementate the nurse manage bed ＂responsibility system all-round responsibility＂,and then compare the time of the nurse spent on the patients,the time about writing nursing documentation,the patients＇ dayly calls and the satisfaction of basic nursing care time and care services before and after implement the bedside working.Results Before the bedside working the first nurses daily file writing time was（85.77±13.776）min,the number of calls was（89.51±6.785）times,basic nursing care time was（21.51±3.401）h,satisfaction of care services was（92.92±4.801）;after bedside working the time of writing document was（40.22±7.665）min,the number of patient＇ dayly calls was（25.30±3.944）times,the basic nursing care time was（69.06±6.582）h,and the satisfaction of care services was（99.13±0.530）,two groups differences have significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of the bedside care system can effectively reduce time of writing document and the patient＇s dayly calls,and can ensure the completion of basic nursing care quality,then increase the satisfaction of the quality care demonstration ward.
