正颌手术后口腔生理功能变化研究进展

Research progress of oral physiological function changes after orthognathic surgery

随着口腔正畸学的发展与成熟,口腔正畸医生和颌面外科医生通过良好的合作,有效地将口腔正畸学与颌面外科学紧密地结合起来,形成口腔正畸-正颌外科联合治疗骨性错畸形的治疗手段。正颌外科对于颌面部和牙弓形态学的改善已经得到学术界的普遍认可,并且获得越来越多患者的接受。正颌手术治疗后,患者颌骨和牙齿均有移动,打破了原有的口颌系统,重建咬合平衡。近些年来,关于患者正颌手术治疗后口颌系统功能改变的研究一直受到广泛关注并存在很多争议。本文就近年来正颌手术治疗后口腔生理功能变化的相关研究进展做一综述。

Through the good cooperation with the development and maturity of orthodontics doctors and maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery closely combine to form orthodontics-orthognathie surgery joint treatment for bone deformity malocclusion. Orthognathic surgery for maxillofacial and dental arch morphology improvement has been academically generally recognized, and more and more patients accept it. After orthognathic surgery, the patient＇s jaw bone and teeth are moving, breaking the original mouth occlusal system and rebuilding the occiusal balance. In recent years, researches on oral occlusal functional changes after orthognathic surgery have been widely concerned and there is a lot of controversy. In this paper the oral function change studies after orthognathie surgery were reviewed.
