前交叉韧带单、双束重建术后膝关节稳定性比较的研究现状 被引量：3

摘要 前交叉韧带（anterior cruciate ligament,ACL）断裂是膝关节常见的严重运动创伤。ACL断裂后会造成膝关节前后不稳及一定程度的旋转不稳和侧方不稳,并继发软骨损伤、半月板损伤、胫股关节关系异常和髌股关节关系异常,最终导致骨关节炎等。
