Boiler online life management technology is destined to realize effective real-time residual life prediction through online life assessment model with the condition parameters of key parts such as temperature and pressure in consideration. Through several decades of development in thermal power industry, a variety of specialized life management system softwares have been developed and applied in many domestic thermal power plants. Through detailed induction and analysis, the research results and development characteristics of the technology are reviewed and the current situation of its application is summarized, and new prospects for future＇s development are explored.
