急诊行外剥内扎术治疗混合痔嵌顿疗效观察

Emergency Treatment with External Dissection and Internal Ligation for Incarcerated Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察急诊行外剥内扎术治疗混合痔嵌顿的临床效果，将120例混合痔嵌顿患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者先行抗感染、消肿等对症处理，待炎症消除、水肿消退及痔核回缩后再进行手术治疗；观察组患者接受急诊行外剥内扎术治疗；对比两种方法的临床效果及术后患者的生活质量。结果显示，观察组在肛门疼痛、肛门水肿及治愈时间等方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组患者术后生活质量明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，外剥内扎术治疗混合痔嵌顿临床效果明显，能够很好地改善患者术后的生活质量。

In order to observe discuss the clinical efficacy of emergency treatment with externa dissection and internal ligation for incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids, 120 patients were randomly into control group and observation group, 60 patients for each. Symptomatic treatment such as anti-infection and reducing swelling was given to control group first, and then surgery was performed when inflammation and edema were elimi-nated and hemorrhoids were retracted. While observation group received emergency treatment with exter-nal dissection ＆ internal ligation. Then the clinical effects and patient＇s quality of life at postoperation after two therapy were compared. The results showed that observation group was superior to control group in a-nal pain,edema and healing time（ P 〈0.05）and very significantly superior to control group in the quality of life （ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that external dissection and internal ligation is of obvious clinical effica-cy in treating incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids and can greatly improve the postoperative patients＇ quality of life.
