双黄连与止泻汤联合西药治疗儿童轮状病毒腹泻的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation on Shuanghuanglian Powder and Antidiarrheal Decoction plus Western Drugs for Rotavirus Diarrhea in Children

为探讨双黄连、止泻汤联合西药治疗轮状病毒腹泻患儿的效果，将60例轮状病毒感染的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用双黄连粉针剂灌肠、止泻汤口服联合治疗，比较两组的临床疗效，治疗前后胃肠功能，腹泻、呕吐的改善时间、退热时间、治愈时间。结果显示，治疗组治愈27例，有效3例，总有效率为100％；对照组治愈20例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率为86．7％，治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后胃肠功能指标胃泌素显著降低，生长抑素显著升高，与治疗前相比有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但治疗组的胃泌素显著低于对照组，生长抑素显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组腹泻改善时间、呕吐改善时间、退热时间及治愈时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，双黄连、止泻汤联合西药治疗轮状病毒腹泻患儿疗效好，可明显改善患儿的胃肠功能，迅速改善患儿的临床症状，无明显不良反应。

In order to discuss the efficacy of Shuanghuanglian powder and antidiarrheal decoction plus western drugs in treating children with rotavirus diarrhea, 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each. Conventional western drugs were given to both groups. In addi-tion,Shuanghuanglian powder enema and antidiarrheal decoction oral administration were given to treat-ment group. Both groups were compared in clinical efficacy, gastrointestinal function before and after treat- ment, the time for improving symptoms including diarrhea, vomiting, fever clearance and healing. The re-sults showed that in treatment group,27 cases got cured,3 improved,the total effective rate was 100% ;in control group, 20 cases got cured, 6 improved, 4 with no response, the total effective rate was 86.7% ; the total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the level of gastrin as one of gastrointestinal function indicators significantly reduced and the level of somatostatin as another indicator significantly increased in both groups, which was statistically dif-ferent from those before treatment（ P 〈0.05）. However, compared with control group, treatment group had a significantly lower gastrin level and a significantly higher somatostatin level （ P〈0. 05）. The time for improving symptoms including diarrhea, vomiting, fever clearance and healing was significantly shorter in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈 0.05）. It is concluded that Shuanghuanglian powder,antidi-arrheal decoction combined with western drugs are effective for rotavirus diarrhea in children,and can sig-nificantly improve gastrointestinal function,rapidly reduce clinical symptoms,without obvious adverse re- actions.
