吉林省是中国的主要粮食生产省，“入世”必然要给吉林省粮食生产和流通带来冲击与挑战，也带来新的机遇。我们应主动做好各方面的准备，采取相应对策，充分利用有利因素，克服不利因素，加快发展自己。

JiLin is the main grain yielding province in China, joining 'WTO' is bound to bring impact and challenge to JiLin's grain production and circulation and bring new opportunities as well. We should prepare for it in all aspects actively, take appropriate measures, use favorable, overcome unfavo rable ones and promote ourselves.
