摘要
在催化剂十二烷基苯磺酸作用下,以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,合成一种相对分子质量较大且含有乙烯基的有机硅中间体(AKH);然后再与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚,合成一种可用于涂层增深的有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液。用红外光谱、核磁共振和透射电镜表征了该乳液的结构;优化了合成工艺:当n(BA)∶n(MMA)为3∶1、AKH质量分数(对总单体质量)为10%、引发剂APS质量分数(对总单体质量)为1.5%时,合成乳液的综合性能较好。经该增深涂层剂整理的黑色涂层织物,增深率可达11.26%,摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度提高0.5级以上,色光偏差较小。
Taking vinyl triethoxy silane and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane as raw materials, dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as the catalyst, a silicone intermediate(AKH) containing vinyl group with large relative molecular mass is synthesized. Through the co- polymerization of AKH, BA and MMA,silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion is prepared as a deepening agent for coating. U- sing FT-IR, I H-NMR and TEM, the structure and properties of the emulsion are characterized, and the synthesis and applica- tion processes are optimized. Satisfactory comprehensive performance of the emulsion can be obtained at the condition of n( BA): n[ MMA) = 1:3, AKH 10%, APS 1.5%(to the total monomer mass). The black fabric coated with the emulsion features increased K/S of 11.26%, improved rubbing and soaping fastness by O. 5 grades above and small color difference.
