摘要
采用Drimarene CL型活性染料对海藻纤维染色,研究染料用量、固色温度、固色时间和pH值等染色工艺条件对上染百分率和纤维强度的影响。结果表明,采用优化的工艺条件:染料1%(omf),60℃固色50 min,pH值7～8,氯化钙1.0 g/L,可以得到满意的染色效果。
Dyeing of alginate fiber with reactive dye Drimarene CL is carried out. Influences of dye concentration, fixing temperature and time as well as pH value on dye uptake and breaking strength are studied. The results show that the satisfactory dye- ing results can be achieved with optimal conditions of 1% of dye （omf）, fixing at 60 for 50 rain with pH value 7 N 8 and calci- um chloride 1.0 g/L.
