创新创业人才教育是以培养学生创业意识和创业精神为核心,以培养创业素质和能力为目标,以开展创业实践活动和实施创业项目为载体,把创业教育贯穿于人才培养的全过程。民办高校的创新创业人才培养具有自身的特点,既有别于研究型大学以学术带动创新创业人才培养的模式,又不同于高职高专以技能带动的创新创业人才培养的模式。民办高校的创新创业教育的模式,就是将创业教育融入素质教育之中、将第一课堂与第二课堂结合起来开展创新创业教育,在专业知识传授过程中注重大学生整体素质提高的应用型创新创业人才培养模式。

The model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities was the integration of entrepreneurship education into quality education, first class and second class would be combined to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education, professional knowledge in the process of teaching students focused on improving the overall quality of the application of innovative entrepreneurial training model.
