摘要
目前对企业核心员工忠诚度的研究多从外部的物质环境入手,但其不能全面的解释企业依然面临着核心员工较高的离职率问题。通过从心理契约这一角度,分析了心理契约与忠诚度之间的关系,并提出通过心理契约来提高企业核心员工忠诚度的建议。
At present, the enterprisels core staff loyalty is to start from the external physical environment, But it cann't explain that the enterprise still faces the problem of high turnover rate of core employees. The relationship between psychological contract and loyalty are analysed from this point of view of the psychological contract, and putting forward the recommendations of the psychological contract to improve the enterprise's core staff loyalty.
