新奥运周期世界女子跳马运动发展趋势的研究

Study On The Development Of Women's Horse Vaulting Competition In The New Cycle Of Olympic Games

通过对3届世界体操锦标赛和伦敦奥运会女子跳马决赛的比赛动作进行对比分析研究,目的在于探讨世界女子跳马运动的发展趋势。研究结果表明:世界女子跳马动作的类型集中在"尤尔琴科"和"踺子后手翻180°"两个组别,难度动作的选择趋于分散,动作难度和动作质量需要提高,提高动作难度成为制胜的前提,在增加难度的基础上提高动作质量是取得优异成绩的关键。

This article studies on 8 athletes who attended the final women＇s vaulting in the 41-43rd World Gymnastics Championships and London Olympic Games,and analyzes the developing trends of the world women＇s vaulting in the new rule.The result shows that the selection of movement style in round off class and overturnbody 180°style,the movement difficulty and quality need to be improved,which is the key to win the competitions.
