摘要
运用芬兰产的(MegaWin6000-16)遥测肌电系统对我国国家队10名优秀男子跆拳道运动员前下劈技术动作(选取三组肌肉)进行肌电测试,结果发现:1)收缩性和力量最大的肌肉是左股二头肌;2)最先发力的肌肉是左竖脊肌、右竖脊肌、左臀大肌等;3)持续时间最长的肌肉是右胫骨前肌;4)贡献率最大的肌肉是左股二头肌;5)动员率依次为:左股二头肌>左阔筋膜张肌>左臀大肌,且皆超过100%。研究表明:表面肌电测试分析技术可以用于诊断跆拳道下劈技术动作的合理性,为科学的进行跆拳道运动员的技术及专项力量训练提供理论指导和实践参考。
Using the technique of surface EMG,the front axe kick action of 10 Chinese elite male Taekwondo athletes(select three group of muscles) are tested by the telemetry muscle electric system with MegaWin6000-16 produced in Finland.The results showed that: 1) shrinkage and strength of maximal muscle is left femoral two head of the muscle.2) The first force of the erector spinae muscle is left,right spinal erector muscle and the left gluteus maximus.3) The longest duration of muscle is the right tibialis anterior muscle.4) The greatest contribution of muscle is left femoral two head of the muscle.5) Mobilization rates were as follows: the left femoral head two muscle fascia lata left rich tensor fascia left gluteus maximus,and all of them are more than 100%.The results show that: the surface EMG test analysis technology can be used for the diagnosis of the rationality of Taekwondo chop technique action so as to provide theoretical guidance and practical references on the scientific training of the Taekwondo athletes.
