高浓度全尾砂胶结充填料搅拌设备试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 全粒级尾砂胶结充填要求混合料含水少,均匀和流动性好,常规的搅拌设备难以满足要求。根据以细粒尾砂和水泥等固体材料组成的混合料属于一种具有触变性质的标准分散体系这一特点,研制成功了双轴叶片式搅拌机和高速搅拌机。用它搅拌的全尾砂胶结充填料浓度高,均匀性和流动性好,能够满足高浓度全尾砂胶结充填新工艺的要求。试验结果表明,由于高速搅拌机的强力作用,水泥的水化作用得到加强,在额定强度相同的条件下,每立方米充填料的水泥耗量可降低约100kg。新设备在凡口铅锌矿进行了工业试验,现已应用于生产。本文主要介绍设备的特点及其试验结果。 For consolidated filling with unclassified tailings, the filling mixture should have low water content, good homogeneity and flowability. Obviously,conventional mixing units are not suitable for mixing such a mixture. Since the mixture, which consists mainly of fine tailings and cement, can be theoretically taken as standard disperse system with good thixotropy, a double-axle blade agitator and a high-speed mixer was applied. Mixing consolidated fill of unclassified tailings with these new units can meet the requrements for high concentration, good homogeneity and flowability. It is shown that under the condition of constant required fill strength, cement consumption per cubic meter fill can be reduced by 100kg. The two mixing units were tested and used in production in Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine.Their structural featuies and indoor test results are presented in the paper.
