窦性心律震荡和微伏级T波电交替对冠心病患者的影响 被引量:8

摘要 冠心病的发病逐年递增,且有年轻化趋势,室扑、室颤和心源性猝死是其主要、严重的并发症,为了预测恶性心律失常,心源性猝死,近年来有一些新的检测方法用于临床,如心率变异(HRV)分析、窦性心律震荡(HRT)检测、微伏级T波电交替(MTWA)、心率减速力检测等,但对冠心病的HRT、MTWA的指标同时研究还未见有报道,本研究旨在探究冠心病患者HRT、MTWA的心电图学特点,预测冠心病恶性心律失常及心源性猝死的发生。
