摘要 目的:在大鼠5/6肾切除模型上探讨心脏成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)表达情况及NADPH氧化酶对FGF-2表达的影响。方法:构建5/6肾切除动物模型并给予NADPH氧化酶抑制剂apocynin干预8周,观察大鼠心肌组织FGF-2的表达情况。结果:apocynin改善5/6肾切除术导致的大鼠血压升高、体重下降及血肌酐的蓄积,并抑制5/6肾切除术导致心脏FGF-2表达。结论:NADPH氧化酶是调控慢性肾脏病(CKD)时心脏FGF-2的合成因素之一。 Objective: To investigate the effects of NADPH oxidase on the expression of fibroblast growth factor- 2 (FGF-2) in chronic kidney disease (CKD). Method: CKD models were established in male Sprague-Dawley rats and treated with apocynin for 8 weeks. Results: NADPH oxidase inhibition ameliorated 5/6 nephrectomy induced hypertension, weight loss and creatinine accumulation. Furthermore, apocynin treatment reduced the expression of cardiac FGF-2 in 5/6 nephrectomized rats. Conclusions: The study demonstrated that NADPH oxidase plays a pivotal role in regulating the expression of FGF-2 in CKD.
