微导管造影盲填法介入治疗微小动脉瘤

摘要 目的探讨微导管造影在介入治疗颅内微小动脉瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析5例(共5枚)颅内破裂微小动脉瘤,其中3枚为前交通动脉瘤;1枚为后交通动脉瘤;1枚为脉络膜前动脉瘤。采用微导管手推造影法介入治疗。结果 5枚颅内微小动脉瘤均予单纯弹簧圈栓塞,其中1枚应用水凝胶膨胀圈;另4枚应用单纯裸圈。5枚均顺利栓塞,无栓塞并发症发生。随访6月~1年无复发。结论微导管造影法介入治疗颅内微小动脉瘤可确定微导管远端在动脉瘤腔内的位置,决定是否继续治疗,该方法在技术上是可行和有效的,但其安全性,长期疗效和耐久性仍需大宗病例来验证。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of using hand-push microcatheter visualization interventional treatment in the micro-aneurysms with diameter ≤ 3 mm. Methods 5 cases with 5 micro-aneurysms treated with hand-push visualization method were evaluated retrospectively . Of 5 patients, 3 were anterior communicating aneurysms, 1 posterior communicating aneurysm and 1 anterior ehoroidal artery aneurysm. Results All micro-aneurysms were managed embolization with simple coil. There was no complication occurred among. The follow-up from 6 to one year showed no recanalization. Conclusion Hand-push microcatheter visualization interventional treatment is an efficient and feasible method for micro-aneurysms treatment, but still need more clinical cases to validate the reliability and durability.
