水通道蛋白-4与脑水肿的研究进展
摘要
神经外科脑部疾病如颅脑损伤、颅内．占位病变、炎症、脑血管病、脑寄生虫病、脑先天性疾病等几乎所有疾病都伴随继发性脑水肿的发生。脑水肿与颅内压增高、脑疝等病理过程密切相关，对颅内疾病的过程及预后具有重要的意义。然而目前临床治疗脑水肿仍然局限于渗透性利尿、高渗脱水以及外科减压，缺乏针对脑水肿发生与消退机制的治疗手段。
