VEGF-C、Podoplanin与肿瘤淋巴管生成及转移关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 血管内皮生长因子-C(vessel endothelium growth factor-C,VEGF-C)作为VEGF家族的重要成员,是主要的淋巴管生成因子,不仅表达于胚胎及成人淋巴结、心脏、胎盘、小肠中,在人类许多恶性肿瘤中均有表达,具有诱导淋巴管内皮增殖和淋巴管增生及提高血管通透性的作用。肾小球上皮细胞整合膜蛋白Podoplanin作为一种淋巴管特异性标志物,不仅表达于淋巴管内皮细胞和人体多种正常组织细胞中,还在人类多种肿瘤中表达。研究证实二者在多种肿瘤的淋巴管生成及淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用。
