本文根据试验数据对东风4型内燃机车的动力——16V240Z型油机的热力循环进行了(火用)平衡分析,并与热平衡分析结果进行了比较,揭示了该机(火用)损失的部位和大小,并据此指出了提高16V240Z型柴油机经济性能的若干措施。

This paper analyses exergy balance for 16V240Z diesel,traction power of Dongfeng-4 diesel locomo tive,and compares the test datum with the result of heat balance analysis for this engine.It reveals the positions and amount of exergy loss and a number of measures for improving fuel economy for 16V240Z diesel are proposed accordingly.
