胆红素尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶1A1基因多态性在Gilbert综合征发病机制中的研究进展

摘要 Gilbert综合征又称非结合高胆红素血症,是由于肝微粒体内葡萄糖醛酸转移酶不足或肝组织摄取非结合胆红素障碍,致使血液中非结合胆红素显著增高而发生黄疸的一类常染色体遗传性疾病。目前该病发病机制尚不明确。有研究发现,Gilbert综合征患者的胆红素尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶1A1(UGTlAI)活性明显下降,仅有正常人的30%,故推测UGTlAl基因多态性是发生Gilbert综合征的分子遗传学基础。本文着重对该病发病机制中UGTlAl基因多态性的研究现状做一概论。
