慢性前列腺炎症状评分与前列腺液白细胞数量的相关性分析

目的研究慢性前列腺炎症状评分与前列腺液中白细胞计数与临床症状轻重程度相关联性。方法 82例慢性前列腺炎患者按照固定的表格模式对慢性前列腺炎症状评分,对慢性前列腺炎症状与前列腺液中白细胞计数的关系进行统计学分析。结果慢性前列腺炎评分与前列腺液中白细胞计数之间没有发现线性关系(P>0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎的临床表现不一,没有确切的临床诊断标准,反复迁延难于彻底的治愈,患者的生活质量受到严重的影响。90年代国外的一些学者制定出了慢性前列腺炎症状评分,内容其中涉及3个方面:排尿出现异常、生殖区疼痛和对生活质量的影响。总之,慢性前列腺炎中白细胞计数与临床各种症状的严重程度没有相关联性,作为慢性前列腺炎的临床诊断及临床治疗效果的评价的指标不适合,而主要应以临床各种症状作为慢性前列腺炎的临床诊断与治疗效果评价指标。

In short, the chronic prostatitis of white blood cell count with a variety of clinical symptom severity is not related, as chronic prostatitis clinical diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation of the index is not suitable, but mainly to clinical symptoms as chronic prostatitis clinical diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation.
