冠心宁注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Efficacy of Guanxinning Injection Combined with Wenxin Granule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨冠心宁注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法收集2010年5月至2012年5月于我院接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者124例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各62例。其中对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予冠心宁注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果在心绞痛改善方面,观察组患者总有效率88.71%,高于对照组75.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心电图改变方面,观察组患者总有效率87.10%,高于对照组79.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心宁注射液联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛安全可靠,临床效果优于常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Guanxinning Injection Combined with Wenxin Granule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 62 cases with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from May 2010-May 2012, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 62 cases in each. The control group received routine treatment, the observation group received Guanxinning injection Combined with Wenxin Granule in based on conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results In the improvement of angina pectoris, The observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 88.71%, higher than that of the control group 75.81% （P0.05）. In the electrocardiographic, the total efficiency of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group 79.04% （P0.05）. Conclusion Guanxinning Injection Combined with Wenxin Granule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is safe and reliable, the clinical result is superior to routine treatment, worthy of clinical application.
