摘要
本文讨论了农业综合开发和耕地保护的概念 ,论述了农业综合开发与耕地保护的关系及农业综合开发对耕地保护的作用 ,分析了当前存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。
In this paper, the concepts of comprehensive agriculture development and arable land protection as well as the relationship between them were discussed, and the existing problems in the practice were analyzed. Based on the discussion and analysis, some countermeasures were proposed.
