产前教育对产妇健康认知行为及产后抑郁的影响 被引量:13

The effect of prenatal education on health cognition behavior and postpartum depression in maternal care

摘要 目的 探讨产前教育在产妇护理中的应用效果。方法按照随机抽样法抽取我院产科100例单胎初产妇分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组产前采用多元化的产前教育,比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果观察组的健康知识知晓率显著、分娩前主观选择阴道分娩的比例、实际阴道分娩率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组的产后抑郁评分、泌乳始动时间、并发症显著少于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论产前教育能满足产妇对围产期健康知识的需求,增加产妇的分娩知识,改善产后结局。 Objective To investigate the application effect of prenatal education in maternal care. Methods One hundred of 100 single birth primiparas were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was treated with prenatal education. Nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results Health knowledge, subjective choice of vaginal delivery before delivery and the actual proportion of vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were significant- ly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The initial time of lactation, postpartum depression score, complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Information support can meet the mathers'demand of perinatal health knowledge, increase maternal childbirth knowledge, improve the outcomes of delivery.
