摘要
本文利用水热液化法将大型藻浒苔转化成了生物油,研究了反应温度和反应时间对液化的影响;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)分析了不同反应温度和时间浒苔水热液化后所得残渣的性质,研究了浒苔水热液化分解过程。研究结果表明:反应温度和反应时间显著影响浒苔的水热液化和生物油产率,300℃液化30min生物油产率最高,为22.3%;水热液化过程中200℃时浒苔部分分解,300℃液化60min后,浒苔中的有机质完全分解;残渣的主要成分为SiO2、CaSO4及无定形碳。
In this paper,marine macroalgae Enteromorpha prolifera was converted to bio-oil by hydrothermal liquefaction,the influences of reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.The authors employed scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) to analyze corresponding residues which were obtained at different reaction temperatures and times,and studied the hydrothermal liquefaction process of Enteromorpha prolifera.The results showed that reaction temperature and reaction time significantly affected hydrothermal liquefaction and the bio-oil yield.The highest bio-oil yield of 22.3% was obtained at 300 ℃ for 30min.Enteromorpha prolifera was decomposed partly at 200 ℃.Organic matters of Enteromorpha prolifera were decomposed completely at 300 ℃ for 60 min.The major components of the residue were SiO2,CaSO4 and amorphous carbon.
