肢体智能反馈训练系统和作业治疗在偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨上肢康复机器人联合作业治疗能否可效地促进偏瘫患者功能障碍的上肢康复。方法对照组采用康复作业治疗技术进行治疗;观察组在此基础上增加肢体智能反馈训练系统A2辅助训练。两组疗程均为2个月。采用简式Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评定患者上肢的综合运动功能;采用巴氏指数(BI)评定日常生活活动能力。结果两组患者治疗后的FMA和BI评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),观察组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论上肢康复机器人联合作业治疗能显著地促进偏瘫患者功能障碍的上肢康复,本文采用的上肢康复机器人治疗方案可行。 Objective To explore whether body intelligence feedback training system A2 combined with work treatment can be effective in promoting upper limbs recovery of bemiplegia dysfunction. Methods The patients of control group were treated by the recovery operation treatment. The patients of control group were treated by the recovery operation treatment, and The patients of observation group were treated by the recovery operation treatment combined with limb intelligent feedback training system A2 auxiliary training. The course of the treatment was two months in two groups. The upper comprehensive sports function was evaluated by Fugl- Meyer assessment( FMA), and the capabilityb of activities of daily living was evaluated by Barthel Index(BI). Results The grades of FMA and BI have more significantly improved in two groups after treatment than before treatment(P 〈 0.05 ). However, the grades of FMA and BI have more significantly improved in observation group than in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The recovery operation treatment combined with limb in- telligent feedback training system A2 auxiliary training can observably promote dysfunction upper limbs recovery in bemiplegia patients. This upper limbs rehabilitation robots treatment scheme is feasible.
