糖尿病患者合并皮肤病变临床调查研究

目的进一步认清糖尿病合并皮肤病变的类型和发病特点,提高警觉,降低漏诊率。方法采用临床调查研究方法对我院内分泌科住院治疗的215例糖尿病患者进行筛查,并对从中发现的125例合并皮肤病变患者进行分析。结果皮肤病变在糖尿病患者中的发生率为58.14%,其中出现最多的分别是:甲癣36%,瘙痒症25.6%,外阴炎16%,头、体股癣15.2%,湿疹5.6%,手足癣4.8%,银屑病4%。结论真菌所致的皮肤感染在糖尿病患者中最为常见,有些患者在病程中出现2～3种皮肤病症,应引起重视。对迁延不愈者应早期多次测量血糖可防止漏诊的发生。早期诊断,积极控制血糖是预防和治疗糖尿病合并皮肤疾病的关键,对提高患者的生活质量有着重要的意义。

Objective To further recognize the type and onset characteristics of skin diseases among diabetes patients,increase the alterness, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods Using the methods of clini- cal investigation study screening 215 patients with diabetes mellitus hospitalization in our department of endocri- nology, and analysis 125 patients found with skin diseases. Results The overall prevalence of skin disorders in diabetic patients was 58.14%, among which the most skin diseases were： Onychomycosis 36%, pruritus 25.6 %, vulvitis 16 %, tineacorporis and crurisl 5.2 %, eczema 5.6 % , foot and hand tinea 4. 8 %, Psoriasis 4 %. Conclusion Among diabetes patients fungus infectious skin diseases were the most frequentsome. We should pay attention to that some patients may appare 2 ~ 3 type skin disorders. Early Diagnosis and effective control of blood glucose level is the most important of prevention and treatment of skin diseases among diabetes patients. It is very important significance to improved the quality of life in the patients.
