人文医学合理应用对提高心肌梗死患者临床疗效的意义

Clinical observation of humanitic medicine in patients with heart failure

目的探讨人文医学的合理应用对提高心肌梗死患者临床疗效的有效性。方法 240例心肌梗死患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各120例,实验组采用常规治疗、护理+综合系统的人文干预,对照组只采用常规治疗及护理。随访2个月后,用SF-36健康调查量表对患者治疗疗效及生活质量进行量化评分,主要比较两组患者在生理、躯体疼痛、心理及社会职能以及精神健康方面差异。结果实验组患者经过综合人文干预后,患者的生活质量得到明显提高,与对照组患者比较,各维度(生理、躯体疼痛、心理及社会职能)方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文医学在心内科应用前景十分广泛及有效,能有效提高患者的生活质量及临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic medicine to patients with heart failure for clinical treating references.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group（120 cases） and the control group（120 cases）,patients in the control group were given the routine treatment and nursing,patients in observationgroup were given the humainstic intervention on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.After followed-up 2 months,the efficacy and the quality of life was defined for quantitative scoring by SF-36 health questionnaire.The difference of physiological functions,physical function,bodily pain,health status,energy,social function,role emotional and mental health were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group patients after humane care intervention,the quality of life（physiological functions,physical function,bodily pain,health status,energy,social function,role emotional and mental health） indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic medicine can strengthen the clinical curative effect,improve patients＇ quality of life,deserve the clinical expansion.
