小肠内置米-阿氏管及营养管治疗肠梗阻的术后护理

Postoperative nursing of internal intestinal Miller-Abbott tube and nutrition tube in treating intestinal obstruction

目的探讨米-阿氏管行肠内支撑排列结合留置营养管治疗严重粘连性肠梗阻术后护理流程,为规范术后临床护理治疗提供依据。方法分析36例患者术后护理流程,更好的掌握米-阿氏管、营养管术后护理方法,预防术后并发症的发生。结果本研究患者均采用小肠内置米-阿氏管同时放置肠内营养管,术后规范化护理流程为配合肠内和肠外营养创造良好条件,促进患者早期恢复。结论规范化的护理流程是应用米-阿氏管+内置营养管治疗重症粘连性肠梗阻术后的有力保障,在预防术后并发症及促进患者早期康复方面有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the regulation nursing practice in treating complex adhesive intestinal obstruction＇s by internal intestinal stenting with Miller-Abbott tube and nutrition tube,in order to find experience to regulation clinical nursing and treatment.Methods To prevent the complications by analying 36 patients regulation nursing practice,and to control the right way to nurse Miller-Abbott tube and nutrition tube.Results Patients were all placed Miller-Abbott tube and nutrition tube,and the regulation nursing practice made a good conditon for internal nutrition and parenteral nutrition,and to enhance the recovery.Conclusion Regulation nursing practice is to provide effective conditon for treating severe adhesive intestinal obstruction by place Miller-Abbott tube and nutrition tube,and make significance to eliminate the complications and early rehabilitation.
