高龄患者经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的护理

Nursing study of elderly patients with tran surethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate

目的研究两种整体护理模式用于高龄患者行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的护理效果。方法选择安徽医科大学附属安庆医院2011年3月至2012年3月应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的患者216例,随机分为两组,试验组为新型整体护理模式组:在常规整体护理的基础上采用更人性化、个体化的新型整体护理模式,即增加了患者个人文化、性格、家庭背景调查问卷,患者个人术后对护理要求的调查问卷,观看我院手术室环境及行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的手术录像。对照组为常规整体护理模式组。分别记录两组患者的一般情况、对护理质量的满意度及术后并发症情况。结果两组患者年龄、经直肠B超测定前列腺体积、手术时间等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者对整体护理质量的满意度均较高,术后均无重大并发症发生。但试验组患者对护理质量的满意度明显提高,为87.96%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组患者的术后并发症明显减少,共10例,少于对照组的17例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型整体护理模式提高了患者的满意度,减少了患者的术后主要并发症发生率,对于提高护理质量有重要意义,患者更乐于接受。

Objective The research the nursing effect by using two kinds of holistic nursing care patterns used in elderly patients who suffered plasmakinetic resection of prostate（PKRP）.Methods Two hundred and sixteen cases who suffered PKRP in Anqing hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group was given adopting new holistic nursing mode： in conventional on the basis of holistic nursing care,individual more humanized new holistic nursing mode.Namely increased patients individual culture,personality,family background questionnaire,patients to care for personal postoperative questionnaire,watching our hospital operating room environment and PKRP＇s video;The control group was given conventional holistic nursing care.The general conditions of the patients,the quality of care satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups were recorded.Results The patients age,prostate olume by B ultrasound and operation time had no statistically significant differences（P0.05）.The satisfaction of experimental group was obviously improved（87.96% vs 74.07%）,P0.01;The postoperative complications of experimental group was significantly less（10 cases vs 17 cases）,P0.05.Conclusion The new holistic nursing care improved the patients＇ satisfaction,reduced the patients＇ postoperative complications,and improved the quality of nursing,patients are more likely to accept.
