长期留置膀胱造瘘管常见问题的临床处理

Clinical experience of frequently asked questions in long-term indwelling bladder stoma

目的总结长期留置膀胱造瘘管所遇常见问题的临床处理体会。方法对60例长期留置膀胱造瘘管常见问题的临床处理进行总结分析。结果积极处理膀胱造瘘管常见问题,提高了患者生活质量。结论通过对长期留置膀胱造瘘管常见问题的积极处理,减少了并发症,有效提高了患者生活质量。

Objective To summarize the management of frequently asked questions（FAQs） of patients with long-term indwelling bladder stoma.Methods The clinical treatment of FAQs of 60 patients with long-term indwelling bladder were summarized and analyzed.Results Actived management the FAQs in bladder stoma,the patients＇ quality of life were improved.Conclusion By active management the FAQs in long-term indwelling bladder stoma,can reduce complications and improve patients＇ quality of life.
