分析了作为体育资源共享内在依据的基本原理,并在此基础上构建了河南省体育事业发展的体育资源共享模式;从发展的角度,阐述了体育资源共享实质上是资源合理配置问题的观点;讨论了河南省体育资源共享存在的问题与建设策略问题.

The basic principle of inner basis as sports resources sharing is analyzed, and based on which sports resources sharing model that the development of sports cause in Henan province needed is constructed. From evolutive view, the viewpoint of sport resources sharing is in fact the resources rational allocation is explained. The existing problems and construction strategy of sports resources sharing in Henan province is discussed.
