摘要
随着全球化进程不断加深,知识技术密集型新经济的逐渐兴起,航空运输和空港经济得到蓬勃发展。在探讨空港产业发展与布局的基础上,提出打破以距离划分产业区域的传统同心圆模式,设可达性为新衡量标准,并对南京禄口国际机场展开实证研究,参照可达性、山体、水网分布及飞机起降噪音等指标,根据时间圈层将空港地区分为核心区、关联区和辐射区三类空间,并以街道(镇)为基本评价单元,明确空港地区各街道重点产业布局,这一结果可成为引导空港地区空间开发,实施长远发展战略的重要依据。
As the globalization process continues, airport economy has taken off. Based on the discussion about airport industries layout, the author argues that it should be arranged ac-cording to accessibility instead of distance. With consideration to the following factors includ-ing accessibility, mountain/river distribution, aircraft noise pollution, etc., Nanjing International Airport area is being studied and divided into three categories. Furthermore, the development priorities are clarified into villages units, which might eventually become guidance for healthy spatial development of the airport area.
