基于VMI的允许缺货情况下需求服从常数的易变质品库存控制模型研究

摘要 首先通过解析推导给出了一个考虑一个供应商和多个不同的订货商,并且允许缺货情况下的需求服从常数的易变质品供应商管理库存VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory)控制模型;其次通过算例用Matlab 6.5求出了其最优解和最佳订货周期,并通过灵敏度分析讨论了质变率参数、服务水平参数变动对订货周期和各类库存成本的影响;最后给出了总结,说明了研究的意义. Firstly, this paper derived analytically and gave VMI control model about demand submits to constant of perishable goods which gives an account of one supplier and multiple retailers in the situation of allow out-of- stock. Secondly, with example and Matlab6.5 optimal solution and ordering cycle was obtained. And discussed how the variation of qualitative change rate parameters and service level parameters influenced ordering cycle and various kinds of inventory cost by sensitivity analysis. Finally, the study was summarized and the significance of the study was stated.
